I am a hardworking and motivated 4th year Computer Science student minoring in MIS. My primary interest is Computer Vision which I plan to perform research for my master's degree. My future ambitions involve obtaining a master's degree specializing in Computer Vision.

Analysis of a Variable Region Size in Regional Voting #1571147647

Paper accepted in 2025 IEEE UIC Conference
77 papers accepted with an acceptance rate of 23%
I will be presenting this paper in August of 2025

As part of my Undergraduate thesis project I wrote with Dr. Liang Chen a paper analyzing the effect of using multiple region sizes in a regional election. This research had me derive formulas to represent the probability that a candidate with a known support rate will win an election given known quanitities of concentrated noise.

This position was part of the Tek-x dual credit program between UNBC CNC and School District 57
One part of this position was delivering full lectures to the students
Lectures were on the topics:

I was responsible for giving timely formative feedback to students, marking assignments and exams
Part of this job was teaching students to safely fly drones, including a $25,000 Matrice 350 RTK

Grocery Helper Project

2024 - Winter Semester

As part of CPSC 499 - Tech Entrepreneurship my team created an app called Grocer Helper
I served as the lead developer, writing 90% of the code in the project
Grocery Helper uses a TikTok style recipe finder
You can then schedule the recipe in the calender section
You can also use the shopping function to generate a list of all ingredients for recipes in a given date range

JDC West is the most prestigious case competition in Western Canada
I competed as a Business Technology delegate in the 2025 competition
The competition gives teams 3 hours to create a solution to a business case and present it to a panel of judges
The 2025 case was on integrating AI solutions into the healthcare industry
I was awarded "Rookie of the year" for the UNBC team

The Prince George Tapestry Singers is a youth community choir in Prince George
As a singer in the Tapestry Singers we have received gold standing in the Cantando and Kiwanis music festival
